John entered real estate in 2016 while still on active duty, then moved into full-time practice in 2023. Today, he advises O‘ahu buyers, sellers, relocating households, first-time buyers, and military and veteran clients.
His estate-acquisition lens is practical: understand the objective, study the options, negotiate from a position of preparation, and keep communication direct. That approach applies whether the move involves a condominium, townhome, luxury residence, land, or a carefully evaluated foreclosure opportunity.
While pursuing an MBA at Chaminade University, John continues to pair strategic thinking with a family-centered client experience rooted in respect, connection, and aloha.
